2007 marks Castle Rock Players' 10th Anniversary as a theater company. In honor of this celebrated milestone, We'd like to take this opportunity to promote supporting our organization as a member or a sponsor.
We hope that Castle Rock Player's has touched your life in some way over these past 10 years and we thank you for your participation or patronage. Castle Rock Player's would not be here if it weren't for all of the hours and hours the volunteers and participants have put into the organization.
Our operating budget has increased to accommodate our growth and we now need more support for these new beginnings and our "little engine that could" organization. Some of these costs include the following:
$10,000 to Castle View annually who provides our youth classrooms, building space, rehearsal and a youth production.
$20,000 in stipends to pay for our business manager, education director and artistic director (and it isn't nearly enough).
$40,000 for production costs/royalties and rights.
We ve only received $1,800 from the Town of Castle Rock this year and another $15,000 from SCFD, this leaves us thousands and thousands behind and membership is crucial to our organization.
We are in need of your support dollars for this year's production budget, particularly the two largest shows put up in the summer, The Sound of Music and Alice in Wonderland.
