Since 1974, Larry Andrews has helped well over 1000 families discover the joy of home ownership. With FHA interest rates peaking at 17.5% in the early 80's to unprecedented single digit rates of today, Larry has pretty much been through it all and has learned how to become very creative in his approach. Just as he believes that there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" type of loan, he realized a few years ago that no one lender could satisfy the needs of every client. It was with this in mind that he left the mainstream mortgage banking world and became a mortgage broker with Banker's First Mortgage. Now, working with a variety of lenders, he can better tailor a loan to fit the needs of his clients.
